The Loyal Handyman General Contracting, in the midst of the 20th Anniversary Year, created a number of custom projects for our clients. Our anniversary year has been very busy and successful and we thank our clients and friends for their trust in us, this year and every year. Over the past several months, we have designed and created one-of-a-kind living spaces throughout South Central Michigan. They range from custom from-the-ground-up builds to kitchens, bathrooms, decks and garages.
In the photo above, a brand new lake home with many custom finishes and features.
Over the years, The Loyal Handyman General Contracting has worked on many barns and farm structures. In the above photos, you can see the damage from decades of harsh Michigan winters and neglect that have nearly destroyed this barn. We were able to save it and restore it to pristine condition, while maintaining its historic integrity.
This is another bathroom project which we have become well known for. The client desired a new bathroom with a large, custom shower, vanity, counter and sinks. We created the new space with a custom-designed shower featuring intricate tile work and glass enclosure. The new vanity, counter and sinks added more functional space to the bathroom.
The Loyal Handyman General Contracting has it own fully-outfitted wood shop. We are able to create beautiful cabinetry as shown in this brand new kitchen, all completed by our team.
In our history, we have build hundreds of decks, porches and outdoor living spaces. This was a first for us. Complementing the wrap-around deck is this custom and unique glass half-wall and rail. The views of Wolf Lake are not interrupted from anywhere on the deck.
A fire nearly destroyed this free standing garage. It provided an opportunity for our clients to get a new garage with additional space for vehicles and storage. We were able to build to match the original design.
We have had an exciting twentieth anniversary year! We look forward to new challenges and projects in 2018. Thank you for allowing us the privilege to be a part of your life over the years!
